How we use your diagnostic
Last updated 30 September 2026.
Who we are. This diagnostic is run by CF Agency, Paço de Arcos, Portugal, the data controller for the information you share here. You can contact us at hello@cfagency.pt.
What we collect. Your first name, email address and the answers you give in the diagnostic. If you join the INDISPENSABLE waitlist, we also record that you asked to be told when it opens. We never ask you to upload documents, and you should not include confidential client or employer information in your written answers.
Why. To generate your personalised Experience Advantage Map; to email you a link to it; if you join the waitlist, to send you a confirmation and tell you when INDISPENSABLE opens; and — only if you separately agree — to use your answers as the starting context for INDISPENSABLE so you don't have to explain yourself twice. The legal basis for all of this is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How the analysis is produced. Your answers are sent to an AI language model to write your map. They are not used by us to train models. The map is an aid to your own thinking, not a decision about you: nothing with legal or significant effect is decided on the basis of it.
Emails. We only send emails linked to something you did: your map and your waitlist confirmation. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
Who can see it. Your answers are stored in our own database, which is not open to the public. Only CF Agency, and the small number of staff and service providers we use to run the diagnostic and send emails, can access it — and only to do the job we engaged them for.
How long we keep it. One year. Diagnostic answers and your map are deleted one year after you submit them; waitlist entries are deleted one year after you joined. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we do it within 30 days. In the rare case a copy survives in a backup, it ages out and is removed with the rest.
Your rights. Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and withdraw consent, by writing to hello@cfagency.pt. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD). Answers in progress are stored only in your own browser until you submit, and you can clear them there at any time.
